Padang (ANTARA) - Lubuak Tampuruang Waterfall is an interesting holiday destination worth visited in Padang. As one of the tourist object, this area is still well-maintaned until today. Since it is a nature-based tourism, this is the best place for relaxing and to be away from the hustle bustle of the city.
Meli is one of the visitors from Pasaman. She claimed that LubuakTampuruangWaterfall is like a hidden gems place, it is a beautiful least-visited place.
“We are far from our hometown Pasaman just to come here because we choose nature spot that rarely visited since we are in the middle of pandemic so we avoid a crowded place.” Meli said on Wednesday, (4/8).
Nature-based place is the best option to relax your body after busy with work, get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, also to relieve your mind because it is causing less crowds than other tourist attractions since it is far from the city and need more effort to reach.
It took 30 minutes from the city center by car and after reaching the gate, visiters need to walk through a steep mountain road for 10 minutes to get to the waterfall.
“This place was open for public since 2013 and used to be so crowded especially on weekends. The visitors jas decreased since the pandemic.” Rahul said, one of the guard there.
