Member of Batuang Srikandi Nusantara business Group, Nurhayani (62) said that she was joined with 20 housewives in the area Bungus Teluk Kabung. They are the wives of fishermen who become housewives.
According to her the group was accompanied for two years, a variety of facilities they have received ranging from training to making products to marketing.
"In the past we trained to make products, now mentoring is done to market the product. Today, products are already sold at the restaurant, shop around here even to the city of Padang and others, "she said.
She said the manufacture of this product was made twice a week or according to the order that came to her group.
Head of fisheries caught by marine and Fisheries Agency, Vebria Antoni Putra stated that Pertamina's BID program has a positive impact on society.
