Simpang Empat, (Antara Sumbar) - West Pasaman District, West Sumatra holds Air Bangis Festival as an effort to promote tourism in the area on Wednesday.
The activity received a good reception from the residents with a crowd of people come flocking to Air Bangis Beach.
Regional Secretary of West Pasaman, Manus Handri said West Pasaman actually should implement big steps in the tourism sector.
Creative steps are precise and sustainable. Through Enchantment of Air Bangis natural wealth, local wisdom, art and culture of coastal, it can become the main attraction and a tourism asset later.
The event took place on December 6 to 9, 2017. However, it also shows the beauty of local wisdom possessed by West Pasaman.
"The activity is one of the promotional event and also strengthening the relationship, entertainment for the people to recreation," he said.
Then through the bazaar of micro, small and medium business actors, they have the means to introduce excellent products. So it will able to attract and bring in foreign investors in West Pasaman.
