Padang Panjang Provides Online Registration Service

Padang Panjang, (Antara Sumbar) - Regional General Hospital (RSUD) of Padang Panjang Municipality, West Sumatra, provides online registration service to increase service to community.

"This is a form of service innovation from RSUD Padang Panjang," Executive Secretary of Padang Panjang, Indra Gusnady stated when launching service innovation from local hospitals in Padang Panjang on Monday (Oct 9).

By The existence of online services, people do not need to queue to register treatment. Furthermore, patients may arrive on the day of registration by showing online registration evidence to a special online registration counter.

Then, the patient also carries medical card, original BPJS card and photocopy, photocopy of KK, referral letter, ticket and online screenshoot result.

Online registration for treatment to RSUD can be done through link http://rsudpp.com. Online registration can be done within one to seven days before the date of visit.

In addition to online registration service, RSUD also has a "Shuttle Bus" service. The bus will take the patients who do not have a vehicle treatment to hospitals.

Then RSUD Padang Panjang also has a hospital management information system that is used to handle the entire management process starting from the service of diagnosis until the control stage is effectively, efficient and integrated control.

For hospitals, despite innovating, he asks to always improve service.
