Parit Malintang, (Antaranews Sumbar) - The Office of Integrated Services and Services Industry (DPMPTP) of Padang Pariaman District, West Sumatra had been launched an online licensing service application in early April 2018 to facilitate public in taking care of the permits and tracking up where the process of handling it.
Head of Local DPMPTP, Hendra Aswara in Parit Malintang, said that in the application, there are Online Licensing Service, Scan QRCode, as well as suggestions and complaints.
He explained the community can choose the type of permit to be administered, namely trading business license, company registration sign, permit for establishment of early childhood education school, and building permit.
Furthermore, the public is asked to fill in the data themselves, starting from the name of the applicant, address, position, and upload documents or file requirements that have been scanned.
"The file will be shown to the officers to see the authenticity of the submitted files," he said.
To prove the authenticity of the permit obtained, community can use QRCode Scan service that has been available in the application by scanned.
"To get the application is very easy by downloading Google Play Store with SIMPEL search DPMPTP Padang Pariaman," he noted.
Currently it is aggressively disseminate the application to the public, either through banners, social media, and when meeting with the community on the shuttle pickup program.
"We want all services systemized and online to avoid brokers," he remarked. (cha)
