Painan, (Antaranews Sumbar) - Kerinci Seblat National Park (TNKS) develops the young generation in Nagari (traditional village) Limau Gadang Lumpo, IV Jurai Sub-district, South Pesisir District, West Sumatra to become professional ecotourism agents in developing Lumpo Waterfall in the area.
Head of National Park Management Section (SPTN) Kerinci Seblat Region III, Sahyudin in Painan, Tuesday, said that the activity is also as a form of seriousness of his side in encouraging the development of Lumpo Waterfall ecotourism.
"TNKS will build facilities and infrastructures to support the development of Lumpo Waterfall. Moreover, of course its human resources must be developed too," he noted.
It is intended that tourists who visit the area of ecotourism are fascinated by its natural beauty and fell comfortable with the public service.
"Those the guidance will be prepared as reliable of ecotourism guides," he remarked.
The guidance is held for two days, on April 10 to 11, 2018, whixh is opened by Head of Central TNKS represented by Head of Management Area TNKS Region II of West Sumatra and attended by community leaders and local youth.
Meanwhile, local community leader Al Ermon said Lumpo people's dream to make Lumpo Waterfall as a national and international ecotourism destination will be realized soon.
He added that a lot of things that can be enjoyed by tourists in these locations include breathtaking waterfall scenery, beautiful hills and bathe in the location. (cha)
