Agam Auctioned 44 Work Packages

Lubukbasung, (Antaranews) - Government of Agam District, West Sumatra auctioned 44 work packages with a budget of Rp127 billion through local Electronic Procurement Service (LPSE) from January to March 14, 2018.

Head of Procurement of Goods and Services Division of Regional Secretariat of Agam, Gusri Noval in Lubukbasung, Wednesday, said the 44 packages of work came from Public Works and Spatial Office of 30 packages, Health Service eight packages, Regional Finance Agency one package, and more.

The package includes roads, buildings and other services with the lowest fund of Rp300 million to Rp17 billion.

Of the 44 packages, he added, 30 work packages at the local Public Works and Spatial Planning have been completed.

Currently the work has been running after the Regional Device Organization (OPD) related issued of a Working Letter of Work (SPMK).

While 14 other work packages are in auction processing in LPSE and in the near future, the winner will be announced.

"There are no obstacles during the auction process. Of the 30 work packages, only four jobs are disbursed by potential participants and we have answered," he said.

He targeted that the entire package of work in OPD is completed by the end of April 2018, so that it has time for the voting period of several months ahead of the end of 2018, because the longest work is six months.

To achieve that, his party accelerated the auction process in December 2017 at number of 15 packages.

"The acceleration of the auction that we do is very effective, then the quality of work will be according to the contract work," he said.

In 2017, he added, it auctioned 88 work packages with Rp216 billion. Of the 88 packages, three work packages were void. (cha)
