Pariaman, (Antaranews Sumbar) - The city government of Pariaman, West Sumatra will complete the facilities and infrastructures of Floating Dock at Tangah Island before it is opened for tourist visitors in the area. "Supporting facilities and infrastructure have not been completed yet and need to accelerate the development so that it will immediately affect the economic and tourism side of the region," Pariaman Mayor Mukhlis Rahman said in Pariaman, on Thursday when reviewing the construction of floating docks in Tangah Island. In general, he said, the development of floating dock assistance from the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of Republic of Indonesia has been completed, but can not be opened to people who want to visit. He explained the reason of local government that has not given permission to community to visit the island of Tangah is due to it is still on the stage of infrastructure development. Some of the construction is still on process such as pedestrian road along the 800 meters and gazebo or cabin as many as 15 units. In addition, local governments are also planning to build a bird park, a freshwater pond and a number of other supporting facilities.
