Tour de Singkarak 2019 use the new logo

Padang (ANTARA) - West Sumatra provincial Government conducted a number of refresher towards the implementation of Tour de Singkarak (TdS) 2019, including changes to the route and logos used.

"The Logo of TdS 2019 indeed there is little repositioning as a refresher. We have consulted to the Ministry of tourism, " said the head of the Tourism Office of W Sumatra, Oni Yulfian, in Padang on Wednesday.

The logo change of Tour de Singkarak 2019 was not too significant. A symbol popularized still used Rumah Gadang and silhouette racers, but more flexible.

The changes are visible in the composition of the colors used. If the previous color black dominated especially in the Rumah Gadang symbol, the new logo is more dominant with blue and yellow.

Blue curved lines which was originally etched under the racer's silhouette seem to describe the way was eliminated on the new logo as well as the color green in the old logo that no longer exist in the new logo.

Oni mentions a new logo that has been launched in conjunction with the launch of three Wonder Event of W Sumatra on August 14, 2019 by the Minister of tourism, Arief Yahya and W Sumatra Governor Irwan Prayitno.

Besides the logo, the route in 2019 is also more "fresh" because it involves two regencies and cities of neighboring provinces, in Jambi. Two areas that each Sungai Penuh city and Kerinci Regency will enter on stage 7 and 8.
