Nagari Owned Enterprises To Develop Creative Business: S Pesisir Official

Painan, (Antaranews Sumbar) - The Government of South Pesisir District, West Sumatra asked the Nagari Owned Enterprises (BUMNag) in the area to run a creative business that is different from community's business, Head of Community Empowerment, Government Village, Family Planning (KB) and local Women Empowerment, Hamdi said in Painan, Monday.

"Currently there are several BUMNags which are running a lot of business roled by community such as selling pulses, electricity and other prepaid. Of course the activity will be a rival for community and seem to be not creative," he explained.

Though his party, it has several times to conduct training and technical guidance to the ranks of BUMNag.

According to him it is not a failure, it is just an entrepreneurial instinct that has not been attached.

It needs such seriousness and supports from various parties including head of village who served as a mentor of BUMNag. (cha/pi)
