“People who leave and return to W Sumatra should in healthy condition. Because of that, the rapid test and swab test are conduct to know people who spread the corona virus in order to quickly take action on handling COVID-19 cases in West Sumatra, " Nasrul Abit said in Padang on Monday."
This was conveyed by Deputy Governor of West Sumatra Nasrul Abit when reviewing the readiness of the Minangkabau International Airport (BIM) to accept people returned and left from West Sumatra with a BIM health check on August 3, 2020.

The Deputy Governor also said that screning is needed at the BIM departure on the condition that passengers must wear masks, carry ID cards, register for rapid tests, wait for passengers to call for inspection, and wait for about 30 minutes, keep distance, physical distancing during rapid tests according to health protocol .
"The implementation of health surveillance is no exception, including I must also follow the COVID protocol before leaving for Mentawai, as a condition of not corona virus outbreaks to carry out tasks outside the district," he said.
Nasrul asked passengers who leave and return to obey the health protocol for mutual safety. The health protocol facilities at the airport are ready, and also in the plane.
