Solok Regency Government participated in the 2019 Kriyanusa exhibition in Jakarta to promote regional crafts

Arosuka (ANTARA) - The Government of Solok Regency , W Sumatra participated in the 2019 Kriyanusa exhibition to introduce local crafts which were held on 11-15 September 2019 in Jakarta.

"We bring the work of 20 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Solok Regency, starting from plait, woven Sungai Jambur, batik, mukena," said Head of the Cooperative, Trade and Industri, and MSME Office of Solok Regency, Eva Nasrisaat, on Thursday.

He mentioned that the 2019 Kriyanusa exhibition will introduce the regional SME products to the Indonesian community.

This activity was organized by the National Crafts Council at Balai Kartini Jakarta, which was followed by the Provincial and Regency / City Regional Crafts Council in Indonesia.

The event was opened by Mufidah Jusuf Kalla as well as this activity in the context of the 2019 National Conference Declaration.

At the event, the Chairperson of Dekranasda of Solok Regency, Desna Defi Gusmal, demonstrated the traditional clothes of the Solok Regency together with the Chair of the Dekranasda of W Sumatra.

He hopes this activity will increasingly introduce Solok Regency handicraft products in order to get better marketing in the future.

In addition to participating in the exhibition, he also cooperates with e-commerce (electronic commerce) for marketing local MSME products.

Then it will also maximize the promotional building in Selayo to sell and introduce Solok MSME products.

"We will try to improve the quality and quantity of Solok MSMEs, so that their products can compete in national and international, so the marketing is more easier ," he said. (*)
