Padang, (Antaranews Sumbar) - West Sumatra Provincial Tourism Office prepares the publication of a book of poetry written by journalists in order to enliven the National Press Day (HPN) 2018 which will be held in the area.
Coordinator of the collection and publication of poetry book, Syarifuddin Arifin in Padang, Saturday, said in addition to the publication of the book, it is also scheduled to implement parade of reading poetry by Indonesian journalists.
"The Launch of Poetry Books and Poetry Readings entitled Journalists and Poets will be held on February 7 to 8, 2017 in Padang," he added.
For publishing, his party invites all poetry writers or poets who daily moves in the field of journalism to participate.
According to him, all journalists have the right to participate including reporters, contributors, broadcasters, photographers and cultural editors.
In its participation, the journalist must be proven by a Member Identity Card from a journalist organization in the respective area, or a recommendation from the Chief Editor of his or her place of employment.
In addition, prospective participants sent three titles of his poems with a predetermined theme with a length of poetry per title no more than 30 lines. Then it includes with biography of journalism and equipped with the latest facial photos.

"The delivery of each requirement in attachment with Times News Roman letter, 12 ft, no later than January 13," he said.
The theme are Minangkabau Metaphor in the Journalist's Eye (Nature as Cultural Wisdom) and Journalist as well as Poet (An Uncovered Poet of Ideas). (cha)
