Padang (ANTARA) - In the COVID-19 pandemic condition, to grow the regional economy, we must be proud and love and use Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) products, such as batik ‘Tanah Liek’ (clay) ‘Pusako Mandeh’ (mother's inheritance), the color and design are very classic and charming.
This was conveyed by Deputy Governor of W Sumatra Nasrul Abit on his visit to the batik Tanah Liek Pusako Mandeh shop, in Padang, Saturday.
Deputy Governor said, currently in a Safe and Productive COVID-19 New Normal, West Sumatra Provincial Government has opened various community productivity activities, especially in tourism, MSME activities, places of worship, market activities, public transportation and office services.

All productive activities of the community are expected to remain disciplined in the implementation of the health productive.
"We are currently quite happy that there will be a decline in the spread of covid 19, where in some regions it has begun to enter the green zone because covid cases have not occurred again for several days. However, the community is expected to remain disciplined," he advised
According to him the batik Tanah Liek Pusako Mandeh is the work of millennial generation in W Sumatra located in Padang city can be an inspiration for other millennial.
"It is time for W Sumatra's millennial generation to rise up trying with all the advances in information technology today. We are sure that W Sumatra's millennial generation will not lose to compete with other regional millennials," he said.
