South Pesisir Facilitates Health Service in Tourism Objects

Painan, (Antaranews Sumbar) - Head of Tourism Youth and Sports of South Pesisir District, West Sumatra, Mawardi Roska said that the government would facilitate health services in tourist attraction during Lebaran (Eid al-Fitr) by alerting health workers on site.

"The activity has been carried out since the last few years and we continue to carry on as an effort to provide comfort to tourists this year," he said in here on Tuesday (May 29).

Nevertheless, he said, it is specifically in Integrated Maritime Tourism Area of Mandeh and Carocok Beach Painan.

"There could be an addition especially in the tourist attraction that exploded in Lebaran last year as in Pasir Putih Kambang and Sumedang Beach," he pointed out.

According to him, with the presence of health workers in tourist attractions, it will make it easier for tourists to get mild medical action if there are some undesirable things.

But if the condition is rather severe then the health worker will immediately refer to the nearest hospital. (cha)
