The tax revenues are sourced from Motor Vehicle Name Fee (BBNKB) and Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) on new vehicles, used vehicles, vehicle plates outside West Sumatra and heavy equipment. Total revenues from PKB amounted to Rp280.4 billion and revenues from BBNKB Rp389.4 billion, he pointed out. He said tax revenues for new vehicles worth to Rp443.1 billion with PKB Rp58.8 billion and BBNKB Rp384.2 billion. For vehicles that re-register worth Rp216.03 billion, with PKB Rp213.7 billion and BBNKB Rp2.8 billion. Meanwhile the vehicle plate outside West Sumatra worth Rp10.5 billion with details of each PKB Rp8.3 billion and BBNKB Rp2.2 billion. Then taxes from heavy equipment valued at Rp129 million only for PKB income. He said it is trying to make it easy for public to make tax payments both at the Office of Samsat Padang, Plaza Andalas, Drive Thru service and Samsat Mobile car. Taxpayers can pay vehicle taxes across Samsat offices in cities and districts in West Sumatra such as in Bukittinggi, Lubuk Sikaping, Dharmasraya and others.
