West Sumatra focuses to develop the Malaysian tourist market

Padang (ANTARA) - W Sumatera tourism office more serious to develop the Malaysian tourist market because of the potential increase in the number of visits from neighboring countries is still wide open.

"The most international tourist visit to W Sumatra is from Malaysia, reaching almost 80 percent. Now we try to offer some concepts that are expected to increase the visit, "said the head of the W Sumatra tourism office, Novrial in Padang, on Tuesday.

The target of foreign tourists visit to W Sumatra in 2019 is reached as many as 57,087 people and about 80 percent of that number is dominated by Malaysian tourists. *
