"Landslides and floods have the potential if the area is hit by rain is quite high," he said.
Wahyu added, his party would coordinate with the relevant agencies to clean the drainage, prune trees which potential fallen and others.
In addition, alerting BPBD Task Force personnel and heavy equipment in landslide-prone locations.
"This is to anticipate that floods, landslides and fallen trees will not occur during the international event," he said.
Meanwhile, Acting Head of Agam's Youth and Sports Tourism Office, Yosefriawan added that the team will review the routes that will be taken in the near future.
"This is to ascertain whether the route is ready to be passed later," he said.
