"All stands will be filled with Solok Regency SME products and other city districts that want to take part in the exhibition," said Eva Nasri, the Head of the Cooperative, Trade and UKM Office in Koto Baru on Friday.
He said the Arosuka Expo was an event for MSMEs, businesses, companies, industries, various Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), Local government owned enterprises (BUMD) and state-owned Enterprises (BUMN), from regency cities in W Sumatra to promote their products.
Through Arosuka Expo, SMEs are expected to be able to show their craft excellence so that they can compete with products from other regions.
In addition to the SME product exhibition, various traditional cultural arts performances, entertainment, competitions, and open public services will also be held.
He also said the Arosuka Expo event was held in order to celebrate the Solok Regency anniversary in April 2020.
He will continue to improve the quality and participation of SMEs in every regional activity so that people know and love regional products.
"We hope that the community can become the pioneers or people who use the results of regional handicrafts first, so that SMEs in the regions are increasingly famous," he said.
