Padang Aro (ANTARA) - The government of Solok Regency, W Sumatra, held the innovation cluster nagari II in room III Goa Batu Kapal, Sangir Balai Janggo District on Wednesday.
Head of the Rantau Section of the W Sumatra Provincial Development and Rantau Cooperation Bureau Hilma appreciated the Nagari Innovation Stock Exchange activities carried out in the cave.
"The Nagari Innovation Stock Exchange in the cave is an innovation and this is probably the first government activity carried out in the cave," he said in Padang Aro on Wednesday.
According to him, this is history and people who are in the rock cave are now part of it.
If necessary, he added, this was registered to gain a MURI record because there were no government activities carried out in the cave.
Solok Selatan Assistant I Setdakab Fidel Efendi said, this innovation stock exchange encouraged nagari to be creative and innovative so that it could encourage the local economy through mastering technology and various modern approaches to nagari development for the welfare of society.
"The Village Innovation Program (PID) is present as an effort to encourage the improvement of the quality of Village Fund utilization (DD) by providing village development innovation references and revitalizing the role of facilitators in developing local economic potential and entrepreneurship in developing human resources and village infrastructure," he said.
According to him, through the Village Innovation program, it is expected to be able to trigger the emergence of innovation and participatory knowledge exchange.
The Village Innovation Program is one of the ways the government gives appreciation for initiatives that have been carried out by the village community.
He explained that the nagari innovation stock exchange is a process of utilizing the exchange of experience from one village to another villege , so that the spirit grows to give birth to new innovations in the development of Nagari.
The nagari innovation stock exchange is expected to be able to trigger the emergence of ideas and exchange of knowledge nationally and participatively, while at the same time encouraging the nagari people to master this knowledge to support economic acceleration.
Head of the Village Community Empowerment Social Service Hapison said, so far what has become an obstacle for nagari in implementing innovation is the limited budget and human resources.
"In 2018 there were 15 innovations purchased by Nagari but only nine have been implemented due to budget constraints," he said.
