West Pasaman won the Child Worthy Regency award for the first time

Pasaman Barat (ANTARA) - For the first time West Pasaman Regency, W Sumatra won the child worthy Regency award from the Central Government.

"Thank you to all those who have given us supported so that West Pasaman achieved the achievements at the national level," said Head of the West Pasaman Control of the Department of Population, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection(DPPKBP3A), Anna Rahmadia, on Wednesday.

She said the award was given directly by the Minister of Women's Empowerment for Child Protection, Yohana Susana Yambisedi, Makassar City, on Tuesday, July 23.

According to her, the award is a form of determination, commitment and consistency efforts of the West Pasaman Regency Government through government policies in order to guarantee children's rights.

That is in order to realize the creation and protection of a better future for the future.

It is committed to paying attention to existing children. The government must be present to protect and pay attention to children.

"Of course, the children continue to be considered gradually. Hopefully the future will be better, "she hoped.

She expressed her gratitude for the support of all parties to win the district award worthy of this child.

"We must not be complacent because there is still much to be improved. Hopefully in the future it will get a higher award. The most important thing is that West Pasaman's children were noticed, "she said. (*)
