"The announcement of the formation will be submitted through BKN on September 19 and all registration processes will be carried out by the State Personnel Agency online," said Head of the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) of Padang City Habibul Fuadi here on Sunday.
According to him, currently the number of State Civil Servants in Padang reaches 9,000 people with teachers reaching around 4,000.
"Every year there are 700 people who retire on average so that the number continues to decrease," he said.
He said that the last large-scale acceptance of ASN was carried out in 2010, so that there is currently quite a lot of personnel who are lacking, especially teachers and health to technical because there is no new revenue.
"The solution is to temporarily empower and optimize existing ones," he said.

He said the test will be carried out simultaneously throughout Indonesia and for the new final formation will be delivered after the Padang BKD meeting with the State Personnel Agency.
