Padang, (Antaranews Sumbar) - Association of Ornamental Plants (ATH) of Payakumbuh, West Sumatra will hold an exhibition entitled "Payakumbuh Flona Expo 2018" which is an exhibition event, interaction and competition of lovers of ornamental plants and animals.
"The event is planned to be held on April 17 to 23, 2018 in Medan Bapaneh, Ngalau Indah, Payakumbuh, in order to support the visit to the area" Chairman of the Committee of Payakumbuh Flona Expo 2018, Desmita stated while being contacted from Padang on Monday.
She conveyed the exhibition took the theme of "Through Payakumbuh Flona Expo 2018, Create Payakumbuh as a City of Million Flowers".
"We hope the exhibition will be a means to increase people's love on ornamental plants, animals and the environment," she said.
According to the goal, Payakumbuh Flona Expo 2018 aims to introduce ornamental plants and pets to the community, encourage young people to create positive and creative activities, and efforts to improve the welfare of community, especially the farmers of ornamental plants and pet breeders.
The activity is an initiative from the wife of Payakumbuh Mayor Henny Riza Falepi.
She targets the activity into a routine agenda of Payakumbuh government in the future so that the city becomes beautiful, clean and cool.
