Gov't Activates Ring Road To Enliven Solok Market

Solok, (Antaranews Sumbar) - The Government of Solok Municipality, West Sumatra continues to improve the development of Solok market, one of them by re-activating the ring road from Carano Monument to Al Furqon Mosque, Koto Panjang. "The development of the ring road is done as government effort to stimulate the economy in that market," Deputy Mayor of Solok Municipality, Reinier said while doing survey in the market, Wednesday. He explained that government continues to provide the comfortable market for local citizen by looking for the solution of several problems such as the narrow road access which happens because of the traders do not obedient of the rule on selling theirs. Then another problem related to the clogged drainage. "The lack of firmness to the traders trigger them to selling back in the first location that make the road access become narrow," he stated. He admitted that the condition make the market officer be in difficult condition, between humanity and firmness needs for the market changing face to be better. But, it should be done for everyone goodness. "If the market organized, clean and neat, so the traders and visitors feel comfortable. It aims to increase traders income," he stated.
