Unand To Increase Foreign Students Number

Padang, (Antaranews Sumbar) - The University of Andalas (Unand) in Padang, West Sumatra, is aiming to increase the number of foreign students to become a world-class university, Vice Rector for Student Affairs Prof. Hermansah remarked here on Monday. "Every year, the university receives more than 100 foreign students from several countries, and this year, we want to increase the number," Hermansah remarked. He noted that Unand will increase the number of foreign students this year by stepping up cooperation with overseas universities through the exchange of students. In addition, various efforts will be made to promote Unand to foreign students to generate interest among them to study at the campus. Hence, the American Corner, French Stall, and other international service agencies will be optimized at the campus to attract more foreign students.
