Public Service On Health Sector Need To Be Prioritized: Regent

Painan (Antara Sumbar) - Regent of South Pesisir District, West Sumatra, Hendrajoni reminded health workers in Pratama Tapan Hospital to prioritize health services to people there.

The Regent in Painan here, on Wednesday (March 15) stated that related instantion needs to serve people first before taking care of administration, because hospital was built for community interest.

He explained health care can not be postponed especially for pregnant women who will give a birth, accidents and other circumstances that need a help as soon as possible.

Dozens people in southern part of district is looking forward to health services within easy reach, because the presence of this hospital answered their desirability, he explained.

Tapan Pratama Hospital Director, Dr Sutarman claimed that his instantion will maximize the commanding of hospital.

He promised to implement the program as well as possible so that the excellent service to community can be implemented.

Local Community Leaders, Syahbunan Rici said this hospital is long overdue because it has a far access to public hospital which is located in district capital.

Tapan Pratama Hospital is located in Bukit Buai Village, Basa IV Balai Tapan Sub-district and it was inaugurated by local regent on March 14. (cha/ra)
